Rory Gilmores boklista

Från Ord och inga visor, som hittat den via Snowflakes in rain.

Det kändes som ett tecken när denna lista plötsligt poppade upp i bloggvärlden ungefär samtidigt som min reunion med Gilmore-tjejerna. Jag har alltid varit väldigt avundsjuk på Rory för att hon verkar finna tid att läsa - trots den helt sjuka arbetsbördan hon har från skolan. Jag blir även grön av avund när jag tänker på all den populärkulturella information som den flickan besitter - vid så ung ålder! Lorelai och Rory kan ju inte ha gjort mycket annat än plöjt film och tv när hon var ett barn, för finns det någon film som hon inte har sett och kan referera till?

Var är "Moby Dick"? Var är "Madame Bovary"? Var är "Försoning" av Ian McEwan som Rory läser under sin första föreläsning på Yale?
